Property owners and managers (POMs) are the most valuable link to providing housing opportunities to our community. This program seeks to reward the POMs willing to rent their units to housing-insecure individuals.

The people participating in our community partner programs are working hard to transition their lives after experiencing a housing crisis. A stable home drastically enhances their ability to succeed!

In addition to the incentives, this program aims to engage POMs in productive conversations to understand varying perspectives on housing and local efforts. We continually ask, “What can we do better?”

Metro Housing Collaborative Will:

• Provide a free marketing platform to advertise your current availability.
• Pay you an Incentive ($$) each time you agree to rent to our client base.
• Offer risk mitigation funding to cover damages at the time of move-out or throughout the lease term.
• Encourage direct support from MHC community partners to stop the threat of eviction and solve issues throughout the lease term.
• Be a neutral party to mediate problems.
